Animal Emergency Centre Noosa is seeking dedicated and passionate Emergency & Critical Care Veterinarians to join our exceptional weekend team on a part-time basis. Located in the stunning destination of Noosa, renowned for its breathtaking scenery, fantastic surf, and vibrant café culture, you'll have the opportunity to live and work in an incredible environment while saving pets' lives. We are currently seeking two passionate individuals to enhance our team's capabilities, and we are open to both experienced and new veterinarians.

Job Description

As a Part-Time Emergency Veterinarian at our Noosa Animal Emergency Centre, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art facility, providing high-quality emergency and critical care services to our community's beloved pets. Our facility is well-equipped, and we have a dedicated team that is ready to support you in your role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide emergency medical care and treatment to a wide variety of animals.
  • Diagnose, manage, and treat a range of medical and surgical emergencies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, offering support and empathy during stressful situations.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure the best patient outcomes.
  • Participate in continuing education to stay updated on the latest medical advancements.
  • Work on weekends as part of your regular schedule.
Qualifications
  • Hold a valid Veterinary Registration with the Veterinary Surgeons Board of Queensland or have the eligibility to register, ensuring you're ready to dive into action.
