Remuneration:

• 65% of billings – all consults are privately charged (BB U5 and care plans)
• Established patient base will be immediately absorbed
• Easily bill $2000+ per day immediately

• Owned and operated by General Practitioners – understand how to make GPs happy
• Replace a GP that has retired (was working 3 days per week)
• Team of 4 GPs working currently – skin cancer and procedural skills highly utilised
• 2 permanent RNs and 1 casual RN
• Clinic has been established for 20 years with an extensive patient base

• 5 consultation rooms – can be set up however you like
• Use Best Practice – can provide extensive assistance and training if required
• Allied health and pathology on-site with a pharmacy within walking distance
• Patient base is very diverse – have the freedom to see the clientele you most desire
• AGPAL accredited with strong processes in place to drive efficiency and profitability
• Practice manager and support team are extensively trained
