Hearth Allied Health is a growing Allied Health NDIS registered business, and we are offering a unique opportunity for you to be a part of a friendly growing Occupational Therapy and Allied Health team.

Our aim is to provide the opportunity to build capacity within Occupational Therapy and to support dedicated clinicians to accelerate their learning and their career while providing excellent services to our clients.

Hearth Allied Health work closely with clients, their families, support workers and other professionals to achieve their goals.

Hearth Support Services commenced in 2017 with a desire to deliver responsive, quality, hassle free disability support to clients and has now expanded to add Hearth Allied Health to promote independence and assist clients to lead fulfilling lives at home and within their community.

About the Role:

  • Plan, deliver and evaluate high quality Occupational Therapy services to customers and NDIS participants
  • Provide assessment and intervention which will ensure optimal outcomes for participants
  • Support inclusion and participation of NDIS participants and customers in their communities
  • Work as an individual therapist and as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders, such as other health professionals, NDIA – related entities, family members, education staff, Relationship Managers, support coordinators, support workers and community managers to provide individualised plans

About You:

  • Experience working with people with a disability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Resourcefulness, resilience, and enthusiasm
  • Attention to detail, motivated, and accountable
  • Adaptable, with an openness and willingness to learn
  • Reliability, honesty, and integrity
  • Relevant Occupational Therapy Qualifications
  • Current practicing Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) Registration
  • Current driving licence and car
