About You

About the Role

Create and implement clinical care plans.

Attend to and provide clinical care for our clients.

Organise and facilitate all allied health services for our clients.

Liaise with care workers and providing training when necessary.

Overseeing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure high quality of services.

Promote a strong customer focused culture.

Ensure all documentation, procedures and reporting meets relevant guidelines and legislation.

Ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements.

Maintain up to date, clear and accurate client care plans, records and meet administrative requirements in accordance with policies, procedures and funding guidelines.

Qualifications

A successful candidate will have the following:

Ability to provide exceptional support to our carers when they need assistance with anything related to our external clients - Empathy is essential!!!

A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people.

Excellent written and verbal skills as you will have to communicate with clients and our team.

Able to work as part of a team.

High level of time management and organisational ability.

Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities.

Requirements:

Driver’s license and access to own vehicle.

Professional verbal and written communication skills.

High level of organisational skills.

Sound computer skills in Office and Excel (or similar).
