About the opportunity:

Opal HealthCare is looking for Registered Nurses with all levels of experience that are looking to the South Coast of New South Wales! Located in beautiful Shoalhaven. Only hours away from Sydney and located on the coast!

  • Permanent Full-time or part-time.
  • Up to $95k base + Penalty Rates + Super.
  • Relocation Assistance & Flights.
  • 482 Sponsorship available with a pathway to 186 Permanent Residency upon successful completion of our 6 month qualifying period!

Role responsibilities and requirements:

  • Current Australian Registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Deliver the highest quality of clinical care and holistic support to our residents.
  • Provide clinical guidance and coordinate the care team
  • Create and review care plans and escalate any issues of concern
  • Develop and maintain positive resident/family and team relationships

Please note all applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance and NDIS worker’s clearance.
