In addition to this, they currently have 6 full-time family physicians, 1 full-time nurse practitioner, and 2 regular locum physicians. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. Providers manage their own customizable schedules for both virtual and in-office care. The team-centered approach allows for flexible and reliable vacation coverage. Billing is done directly through the EMR.The clinics experienced support team of MOA’s are trained to take patient vitals, ensure room preparation and procedure set-up, assist with referral tracking and billing support.With the support of their EMR and built-in virtual technology, daily processes are streamlined. This includes online appointment booking, encounter templates for faster charting, pre-visit questionnaires, and automatic patient notifications to reduce no-shows.
