The Carman Community Health Centre is a modern and progressive facility complete with established EMR system and E-Chart Manitoba access. The facility is conveniently located adjacent to the Carman Memorial Hospital. The practice would include providing primary care services, in patient services and ER services (on call 1:5). Your practice would be supported by professional support staff and the practice is managed by the C.W. Wiebe Medical Corporation.
