We are looking for an experienced and adaptable occupational therapist who is HCPC registered.

As part of our Occupational Therapy Service, the post holder will manage their own specialist caseload. Using evidence based practice and patient centred principles they will assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions for patients with complex mental health needs. They will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership skills and an enthusiasm for collaborative practice within a community mental health context. Currently we work within a Hybrid model; working from home, community and office based. This is an exciting time to join the Adult Community Mental Health Service following the modernisations of the CMHT’s.

For this post, you can expect to be fully supported through our established system of supervision and personal development programmes. You would have line management and clinical supervision duties for junior OT’s. We have a strong commitment to MDT working, clinical governance, CPD and evidence based practice. We fully support undergraduate OT training programmes and regularly accept students on practice placements.

An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates
