About you:

In your new role you will…

  • Demonstrate ability to provide clinical leadership and coordination within a multidisciplinary project environment, including sound knowledge of contemporary clinical practice and theory within a hospital and health service environment.
  • Demonstrate experience in projects and quality management activities including the ability to prepare relevant reports, strategic responses and documents that enable change management processes and advance project outcomes.
  • Proven ability to organise and prioritise work, meet deadlines and demonstrate problem solving approaches.

About your opportunity:

In this position you will provide advanced clinical expertise, project management skills and high-level partnership development skills in order to support the development and implementation of complex, high-risk multidisciplinary innovative projects within the CHHHS.

About your role:

  • Provide high quality coordination and advice in the development and implementation of the project deliverables, in collaboration with the Director of Strategy and Planning and key stakeholders, employing effective change management strategies to facilitate achievement of the project milestones and the proposed project benefits.
  • Lead with influence and model highly developed knowledge, skills and behaviours including problem identification and solution, analysis and interpretation of data, and implementation of innovation to achieve positive outcomes for the organisation associated with the investment in and implementation of the models.
  • Prepare well-structured, persuasive and succinct artefacts including briefing notes, reports, business case, presentations for stakeholder groups, KPI's and proposed models for change for stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with others to influence and model highly developed knowledge, skills and behaviours including problem identification and solution, analysis and interpretation of data, and implementation of 
    innovation to achieve positive outcomes for the organisation associated with the investment in and implementation of the models.
