Your Opportunity:

The position of Clinical Supervisor-Parenting Clinicians will:  

 §  Provide clinical practice supervision for Early Intervention Clinicians (EICs) / Early Intervention Parenting Clinicians (EIPCs) within child health services across Queensland, including maintenance and evaluation of evidence-based practice supervision standards. The position works in partnership with each of the HHS' in which supervision is provided.

  • Assist in the identification of training / development needs of Early Intervention Clinicians / Early Intervention Parenting Clinicians and the development of appropriate orientation / staff development for EICs / EIPCs including the coordination of the annual EIC / EIPC State-wide workshop.
  • Supporting HHS clinical service improvement through the evaluation of clinical practice supervision processes and support of setting and maintaining clinical standards of EIC/EIPC in partnership with the relevant professional leads (Social work or Psychology) and the leadership team in each of HHS's in which supervision is provided
