To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven ability to prioritise, organise and plan for the efficient functioning of administrative services related to the position.
• Knowledge and expertise in recruitment and management of workforce establishment procedures including legalisation requirements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work autonomously, use discretion in the absence of decision makers, and the ability to initiate and finalise action on specific matters within work deadlines.
