About the role:

In this role, you will work closely with the Director – Project Management Office and the Transformation Team members to actively support CQHHS strategic projects and improvement initiatives through provision of efficient and effective administration practices, to ensure Transformation project initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.

  • Resolve day to day operational issues regarding procedures and assist with the review of work practices.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of formal written communications, meeting papers, minutes, memos, web content and other communications, reports and correspondence through to use of well-developed written communication skills.
  • Support project planning and implement activities as directed and undertake research to source information and collect data and tracking of action items as required.
  • Prioritise tasks and ensure work targets are achieved within designated timeframes with limited supervision and contribute to team goals in a changing environment.

About you:

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • High level communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members and liaise effectively with a diverse range of groups and stakeholders.
  • Proven capacity to work both autonomously and as a member of a team, ability to cope in a high-volume environment, consistently meet deadlines and adapt to change using initiative, organisation and planning, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio to prepare reports, presentations, collate data and analyse information.

Salary information:

Total remuneration value of up to $110,852 p.a. is comprised of:

  • A hourly rate between $44.47 - $49.00 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
