An exciting opportunity exists for the Principal Information Data Architect to promote the strategic use of information as an asset as well as undertake an operational role in enabling the practical use of data for analysis, reporting and decision support.

Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Work in partnership with business stakeholders to understand business needs, gather data requirements and develop an enterprise information model and standards.
  • Develop, transition and target data architectures to support the strategic objectives of SCHHS.
  • Provide consulting and advice to ICT initiatives and assist solution architects to develop and maintain the logical and physical data models to ensure alignment with the enterprise information model and standards.
  • Champion and promote appropriate protection of information assets that are created or used in ICT initiatives.

Remuneration value up to $161 718 p.a., comprising salary between $132 072 - $141 738 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO7).
