About the Role

This role is responsible for performing planned and corrective maintenance activities relating to the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) plant, infrastructure and equipment in order to maintain Metro South Health (MSH) facilities in a safe and functional condition ensuring all work is performed in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner to prescribed quality standards meeting customer needs; whilst ensuring compliance with procedures, industrial and legislative provisions aligned to meet the business unit needs.
