The ideal candidate must have 8-10 years of tax litigation experience. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation required. Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Tax court experience is required.Experience with civil and criminal tax controversy, whistleblower claims, and voluntary offshore disclosures preferred.A strong academic record and analytical skills are required.
