Your opportunity:

  • Coach and actively guide and encourage nursing / midwifery staff towards the delivery of quality care by promoting knowledge and skills for evidence-based and patient-focused clinical services in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
  • Develop, foster, and encourage a culture of learning through mentoring and preceptor support for all nursing / midwifery staff through all stages of the clinical journey, supporting timely resolution of clinical education needs and challenges.

Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases ( https://tinyurl.com/yc6pgyt2 )(VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $47,178 p.a., comprising salary rates $52.86 - $56.61 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)) (Permanent Part Time, 28 hours p.f.).
