About the Role

Provide support to assist in the delivery of Strategic Partnerships team projects and related activities that build, support and strengthen the partnerships required for the achievement of strategic objectives.

  • Research, prepare, maintain and disseminate high quality documentation and other relevant information for delegated projects and related activities including evaluative project data, literature reviews, briefing documents, grant applications, funding acquittals, and reports, ensuring the retention of appropriate records.
  • Provide guidance and support on the development and implementation of procedures and templates appropriate for projects and related activities in accordance with relevant policy, guidelines and legislation.
  • Use high level judgement and communication skills to guide and inform senior management and stakeholders about issues, risks, opportunities, processes, and governance.
  • Apply critical thinking to assess, develop and analyse project outputs using Hospital and Health service applications, criteria and tools.
  • Positively contribute to the working environment within the Strategic Partnerships team including contribution to continuous improvement, a collaborative culture and an achievement-focussed team that accomplishes organisational objectives.
