Mains House provides nursing and residential care services for 29 older and adults and we are looking for flexible and committed individuals to join our friendly, dedicated team working with our lovely residents.
The post holder will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team and will be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development of care programmes, and the implementation and evaluation of same ensuring the delivery of high standards of care to patients, residents and their families within these settings. The post holder will liaise with the wider multi-disciplinary team including medics, social work, OT/PT
Successful candidates will be expected to work on rotational day and night shifts. The post can be full or part time.
