An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered social worker to join the East Ross Adult Social care Team. This permanent full-time position of 37.5 hours per week will enable the right candidate the opportunity to be part of a fully integrated adult social care service in a supportive environment within NHS Highland.
As part of an integrated care team, we provide a multi-disciplinary approach to assessing the needs of individuals and carers within the East Ross area. Ideally the right candidate will already have experience in Adult Support and Protection and be trained in the Council Officer role. However applications will be considered from candidates who can demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of the legislation that underpins core statutory social work practice and who are committed to supporting and protecting the rights of vulnerable adults in our community and manage risk. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to social work values and principles and apply these to practice.
The East Ross area is a beautiful part of the Highlands to live and work which supports a healthy work/life balance.
