About the role

The purpose of this role is to provide expert clinical informatics knowledge and support the general function of units through role modelling and application of the principles of best practice, education, leadership and portfolio management. This role will provide local ieMR and user support and application administration to Registered Nurses/Midwives.

About you

• Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) as a Registered Nurse. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager prior to the commencement of employment.
• Whilst not mandatory, possession of a relevant post graduate qualification (i.e. Graduate Certificate, or Graduate Diploma, Masters Degree) or evidence of enrolment in such a program would be desirable.
• Whilst not mandatory, previous experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI, as well as operational experience using systems such as Kyra Flow and TrendCare will be well regarded.
