Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Home Nurse located in Naples, FL. The Healthcare Home Nurse will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional nursing care to patients who are home-bound. Duties include, but are not limited to, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, performing wound care, and providing education and emotional support to patients and their families.QualificationsCurrent nursing license in the state of FloridaMinimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, with at least 1 year in home health careAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentationBachelor's degree in nursing or a related field (preferred)
