About us:

Gladstone Hospital is an 83-bed hospital and offers a range of general and specialist inpatient and outpatient services. 

About the role:

The Clinical Director manages the Gladstone and Banana Anaesthesia team & High Dependency Unit (HDU) portfolio enabling high quality, contemporary services integrated within the clinical services framework of the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS).

About you:

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • MBBS or equivalent registrable with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA).
  • Possession of qualifications and experience appropriate for registration as a Specialist in Anaesthesia in Australia.
  • Enrolment and maintenance of ongoing CME program with the appropriate bodies.

What we offer:

Salary information:

Total remuneration value of $491,175 p.a. (L24) to $534,847 p.a.(L27) is comprised of:

  • A salary between $204,206 - $237,196 p.a. (L18 – L24)
  • A salary between $244,248 - $258,910 p.a. (L25 – L27)
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
