The purpose of this position is to support the Healthy Communities team with the delivery of health education, health promotion initiatives and programs.

The successful applicant will work closely with clients and team members to improve health outcomes for consumers across the South West Hospital and Health Service, working under the supervision and direction of the Allied Health Professionals

Some out of hours and weekend work including travel across the Hospital and Health Service may be required.
