About the Role

• Lead project staff and vendors by fostering and committing to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by maintaining and evaluating safety and quality practices and initiatives across all project deliverables.
• Coordinate the assigned projects across the HHS, provide timely and effective responses to the needs of clients ensuring that outcomes comply with relevant Acts, Regulations, By-laws, Australian Standards and Metro South Health Asset Management policies.
• Proactively identify and manage complex situations and project risks. Develop responses and preventative solutions through ethical decision making, consultation and negotiation with key stakeholders while balancing the achievement of organisational goals.
• Provide professional and technical advice in all aspects of the Capital Delivery projects accessing information when required from a range of internal and external networks and sources.
• Ensure risk assessments are undertaken on the Hospitals' facilities and identified needs are managed as part of the capital delivery projects.
