Work on economic damages assignments. Contribute to consulting projects that include transfer price analyses across multiple industries. Lead teams, assist clients, and understand the valuation of businesses for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and management planning. Manage client relationships and provide consultation on all aspects of valuation process. Understand, manage, and develop strategies to mitigate internal and external risks to maximize business results. Be a part of the management and direction of the MCC valuation department as the primary assistant to the valuation principal. Assist with managing, training, and developing staff. About YOU! Bachelors or masters degree in finance, accounting, or economics. CPA License or Valuation related credentials (ASA, ABV, CVA, CFA) preferred. 5+ years of business valuation related experience. Experience reviewing and preparing valuations for financial and tax reporting purposes.
