The Role:
This is a key leadership position in a peri urban emergency service that will lead the performance of the ED to deliver exceptional safe and personalised care.
You will have extensive clinical experience in the Emergency Services areas, you will be capable of undertaking Consultant work in Adult Emergency Medicine and Paediatric Emergency Medicine.

Your supervisory and leadership skills will equip you to contribute to a team involving Emergency Department Consultants, Trainees, General Practitioners, Nurses and Allied Health teams.

Working closely with the Executive Director Medical Services, Operational Directors, and other senior clinical staff, you will ensure the Emergency Department achieves key organisational performance measures and develops and maintains effective working relationships within the Hospital, the Local Health Network, other service providers, stakeholders, consumer organisations and the community.

The Requirements:
You will be AHPRA registered with Specialist recognition or ability to obtain.
