Perform speech and language assessments for clients upon admission and during periodic reviews. Develop and implement evidence-based speech and language interventions tailored to clients' needs. Deliver individual and group interventions to address clients' speech and language challenges. Collaborate in discharge planning and the development of care plans for clients. Engage in case discussions with the care team to ensure comprehensive client management. Contribute to the development and review of rehabilitation and wellness programs for clients.
