Practice Details:

Northern Health is seeking a Family Physician with C-section and Advanced Operative Delivery skills, to join a well-established Family Medicine Clinic in Dawson Creek. Surgery would be limited to C-sections only. Join a dynamic group of three FP-OSS providers who are supported by an OB/GYN and FP-OBs. Call coverage for C/S & FP-OB is 1:5 and functions within a shared on-call model. LOCUMS ARE AVAILABLE.

Anesthesia and Emergency Room shifts also available if qualified.

• Eligible for The College of Family Physicians of Canada Cert. (CCFP)
• Obstetric experience
• Surgical experience
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Desired Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PAL) - Desired Anesthesia Experience - Desired

Call Schedule:

Hours of work: 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri
On call requirements: 1/5 OB (MOCAP Level 1 for OB)
