Clinical Nurse Consultant
Remuneration package of up to $159,899 p.a., comprising base salary range of $128,701 - $139,732 p.a. (+ applicable allowances/benefits) (Nurse Grade 7), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%).

Psychologist / Occupational Therapist / Social Worker - Senior
Remuneration package of up to $152,775 p.a., comprising base salary range of $124,435 - $133,901 p.a. (+ applicable allowances/benefits) (HP4), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%).

Eligible health workers who make the move (interstate or international) to work with us may receive up to $20,000 in incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Incentive Scheme (conditions apply). About the role
This position will participate in the Zero Suicide in HealthCare Multi-site Collaborative team providing co-contribution, implementation and evaluation of sustainable healthcare improvements through embedding a suicide prevention clinical pathway across Townsville Hospital and Health Service.

The position plays a crucial role in the development, refinement and implementation of strategies to assess and improve existing supportive care services, collaborate with stakeholders to implement evidence-based practices, and foster a culture of safety and wellbeing. This role involves strategic planning, policy development and continuous evaluation to ensure the effectiveness of strategies aimed at suicide prevention.

Role requirements
Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/ manager, prior to the commencement of clinical duties.
