As our RVN, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with the nursing and wider support team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
• Assisting with surgical procedures, anaesthesia monitoring, and patient care
• Collaborating with the whole team to optimise patient care and client satisfaction

About You:

• Must be registered with the RCVS
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
• A commitment to providing exceptional care to both patients and clients

This role will be mainly based at our Iffley site, with some shifts required at our Wheatley branch. We would love someone who is keen on running nurse clinics! We are based in a really lovely area, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Botanical Gardens and the Town Centre, and are surrounded by cafes, coffee shops, retail shops and there's a really cool vintage shop nearby too! Our team are second to none - we really enjoy each others company, collaborating on cases and the odd team day out too. We are all super passionate and really love working here at Iffley Vets. We have the usual equipment and are planning on expanding this very soon. We have separate dog & cat wards and our cat ward is heated and has cat friendly lighting. This role is ideally a 4 day week, but we can be flexible if you are looking for 3 days. The weekend rota is 1:3 Saturdays. We are part of an independent group of surgeries in Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and London. As a Registered Veterinary nurse you will be a vital part of our team and have the opportunity to do a variety of tasks, from anaesthetic monitoring to medical nursing, to nurse clinics. No two days are the same!

We also have some 24 Hours hospital sites nearby and are happy to support you in gaining new skills and becoming the nurse you want to be.
