About the Role
The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive work related and non-work-related injury and illness management for Addiction and Mental Health staff.

• Provide comprehensive and expert injury management education and consultancy services to workers, divisional management, and executives, providing quality and cost-effective injury management solutions to facilitate safe and sustainable outcomes for workers participating in return-to-work programs.
• Deliver and implement divisional injury management initiatives by collaborating with all managers and leaders.
• Consult with injured or ill workers, medical and allied health practitioners, and other relevant stakeholders to drive early intervention measures in managing complex cases from end to end, monitoring progress and adjusting return to work plans as required to minimise the impact of injury and achieve claim goals.
• Build and maintain effective and productive relationships at divisional level with managers and leaders and contribute to improved rehabilitation service delivery, tailored strategies, and targets.
