About the role:

Actively support CQHHS allied health initiatives through provision of efficient and effective administration practices, to ensure allied health project initiatives are delivered on time and on budget. This role reports operationally to the Director Allied Health Acute (Rockhampton, Capricorn Coast and Mount Morgan) to support implementation of Phase 2 of the Allied Health Model of Care Transformation project.

  • Assist and support with planning and completion of allied health project deliverables and timelines.
  • Resolve day to day operational issues regarding procedures and assist with the review of work practices to maintain high professional work standards while seeking way for ongoing improvement.

About you:

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate:

  • Knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement using an innovative approach where appropriate with a strong customer focus.
  • High level communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members and liaise effectively with a diverse range of groups and stakeholders.

What we offer:

Salary information:

Total remuneration value of up to $55,426 p.a. is comprised of:

  • A hourly rate between $44.47 – $49.00 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
