Remuneration package of up to $132,730 p.a., comprising base salary range of $76,747 - $116,332p.a. (+ any other applicable allowances/benefits) (HP3), recreational leave loading (17.5%), and employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%).

About the role

  • Deliver base level oral health therapy clinical services, professional leadership and health promotion within a multidisciplinary team in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
  • As experience builds, apply increasingly independent clinical judgment and more complex clinical decision making on a daily basis, adapting clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence gained through professional development or formal qualifications.

Role requirements

  • This position requires the incumbent to possess a minimum Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy or relevant equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • Registration as a Dental Practitioner (Oral Health Therapist) with the Australian Dental Board is required. Consideration may be given to applicants who are enrolled in their final year of a bachelor's degree, accredited by the Australian Dental Council, and who would subsequently qualify for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Dental Practitioner (Oral Health Therapist).  A future appointment may be considered upon providing satisfactory evidence for all mandatory requirements.
