Job Title: Associate Nurse Manager, Surgical Services/Operating RoomLocation: Clackamas, OR, USType: Onsite, PermanentHours: 40 hours per week, day shiftSalary: USD $113,800 $147,180 / yrEssential Responsibilities:Manage unit operations effectively, including identifying, evaluating, and implementing cost structure improvements, maintaining staffing patterns, and fostering collaborative relationships.Oversee personnel management activities such as recruitment, hiring, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions.Develop and update policies, procedures, and standards of care, ensuring compliance and supervising the delivery of patient care.Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and coordinating surveys.Develop orientation plans, coordinate training/in-service sessions, and mentor preceptors.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:Experience: Minimum three (3) years of RN clinical experience in OR and/or PACU, L&D, CVL, GI, and minimum two (2) years of demonstrated staff leadership or advanced nursing practice role.Education: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.License/Certification/Registration: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided), Basic Life Support certification.Preferred Qualifications:Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated knowledge in Surgical Services area of clinical experience.Previous leadership experience.CNOR certification.Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.Non-Negotiable Requirements:Minimum three (3) years of RN clinical experience in OR and/or PACU, L&D, CVL, GI.Minimum two (2) years of demonstrated staff leadership or advance nursing practice role.Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided).Basic Life Support certification.Nice-to-Have Skills:Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated knowledge in Surgical Services area of clinical experience.Previous leadership experience.CNOR certification.Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
