Trainee School Nurse Positions,

Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated registered nurses or midwife to undertake the MSc Advancing Practice Course  School Nursing course either via the full or part-time route, non-term time position.

Throughout the duration of the course, you will be embedded within the existing School Nursing Team in Aberdeen City. You will work alongside experienced school nurses and the wider team to support you to develop and consolidate your academic learning into practice. Robert Gordon University offer a 1 year full time or 2 year part-time course which would commence in September 2024.

Whilst full or part time positions are available, it is a requirement of the course to complete 2 clinical placements to enable consolidation of academic and clinical learning as stipulated by NMC to ensure required clinical learning hours are achieved. Therefore annual leave must be taken out with the clinical practice placement times.
