The Senior Analyst / Database Developer will work closely with both the Manager of Healthcare Purchasing and Performance and the Database Specialist - Performance to drive change within the organisation in the area of Business Intelligence and continue in the development of the Performance at a Glance (PAAG) dashboard.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated ability in advanced activity/financial reporting in clinical and financial reporting systems and tools such as costing systems, spread-sheeting, Crystal reporting and associated database functions.
• Demonstrated experience in making visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) (SFIA Code: VISL 4).
• Ability to achieve deadlines, work individually and within a team environment to deliver outcomes within required timeframes (NHS: Self-Management) (NHS: Collaborative Working) (NHS: Empowering Others).

Requirements for the role:

• Training and/or relevant equivalent experience in the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack for on-premise applications.
