Job Description:Travel Hire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician specializing in Hospitalist/OB to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Hospitalist/OB Physician, you will provide comprehensive care to patients admitted to the hospital, with a focus on obstetrics and gynecology cases. This is a full-time, contract position with the opportunity for permanent placement.Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients admitted to the hospital, with a focus on obstetrics and gynecology cases- Conduct thorough and accurate patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare providers- Monitor and manage patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care- Document all patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in hospital medicine and obstetrics- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees as needed- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing care to patients and collaborating with colleaguesQualifications:- Medical degree from an accredited medical school- Board certification in Internal Medicine and Obstetrics/Gynecology- Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Arizona- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Hospitalist/OB Physician- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems- Willingness to travel and work on a contractual basisWe offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and dedicated team.
