About your opportunity

Fixed Term Temporary full-time, 3 months with possible extension not exceeding 12 months

This role delivers exceptional person-centred customer service to patients, their families and the public.

The role works collaboratively as a member of the administrative team and provides quality administration support to deliver a high standard of organisational and patient-focused outcomes.

This role contributes to creating an exceptional place to work by consistently aligning workplace behaviours to organisational values.

What we are looking for?:

  • Applied customer service experience relevant to the public health setting including demonstration of patience, understanding, confidentiality, and a positive, approachable, and helpful attitude.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external customers and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Highly accurate utilisation of corporate/patient information systems and databases including Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Ability to follow workplace instructions and organisational standards to meet defined outcomes that contributes to organisational goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work individually and as an adaptive team member to achieve organisational priorities within a changing work environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the relevance and application of values-based workplace behaviours and attributes.
  • Demonstrated awareness of, and ability to actively and effectively participate in a working environment supporting contemporary human resource practices including workplace health and safety, employment equity and anti-discrimination, ethical behaviour and continuous improvement.

Generous remuneration package value up to $6669.00 p.m. comprising:

  • Salary range of $2305.30 to $2688.80 p.f. (AO2)
  • Annual leave with 17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.

Requirements

  • This is a Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) risk role: Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis.
  • Probation period may apply.
