About the role

The Project Manager will manage a portfolio of low to medium scale capital works projects, ensuring successful completion within agreed performance criteria for West Moreton Health.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience in the management of low to medium scale multi-trade projects and minor works, preferably in the health care industry, achieving agreed performance criteria.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management to support effective project delivery, including the ability to initiate relationships, undertake appropriate stakeholder enagement activities, negotiate and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in the procurement and management of contractors including scope development, health and safety management in accordance with regulations, contract assessment and administration and practical completion.
  • Proven experience in the application of appropriate project management methodologies and an ability to promote and provide advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of, or the ability to acquire knowledge of, procedures, policies, regulations, and standards which impact upon the position, including but not limited to Workplace Health and Safety, Department of Health Capital Delivery Guidelines, Procurement Guidelines, Australian Health Facility Guidelines and Capital Infrastructure Requirements (CIR).
