We seek a Product Manager for our MNC Pharma client to work at Bangsar South.Mission: Drive significant market share and growth for our client's established branded product portfolio by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies.Our client is a global pharmaceutical company driven by research and innovation. A key player in the Asian market, the company holds a strong position in the dermatology and respiratory sectors and is committed to significantly improving people's lives.Key Performance Objectives:Profitability: Increase revenue and optimize margins to maximize the company's value.Strategic Marketing: Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.Market Dominance: Penetrate the target market, outsmart the competition, and gain insights to drive success.Product Launch Excellence: Design and execute impactful product launches.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with sales, medical, regulatory, and cross-functional teams.Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive trends and understand consumer behavior to tailor communication strategies.KOL Management: Develop and execute strong Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to enhance brand credibility and market influence.Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Salesforce to optimize data utilization and ensure strategic alignment of marketing activities with sales goals.Ideal Candidate Profile:Demonstrable Success: Track record of achieving marketing objectives and increasing profitability within a similar industry.Experience: Preferably, 5 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years of product management experience in a medical industry (either pharmaceutical or medical devices).Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate data and insights into strategic action.Creative Problem-Solver: Comfortable with tackling challenges and devising solutions for market growth.Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to various audiences.Cross-functional collaboration: Proven ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.Strong business acumen and conceptual thinking abilities.Experience with KOL engagement strategies.Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.Able to work independently and in teams.Qualifications:Required: Bachelor's in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field.Preferred: Master's Degree in Marketing or International Business.Let's Talk About the Impact You'll Make.
