About the role
The position delivers high quality evidence based Social Work/Psychology/Occupational Therapy clinical services in the assessment and treatment of consumers with complex mental health issues. This role works within the multidisciplinary team and care is delivered for consumers, their families, carers, and relevant stakeholders in both acute and community settings. The majority of MIRT service provision occurs in the consumer's home inclusive of medication dispersal. Interventions can also occur within a community clinic, general practice or other nominated places with a focus on planning and provision of clinical care and therapeutic interventions within a recovery and trauma-informed rehabilitation framework.
