About you:

In your new role you will…

  • Demonstrate experience performing business analysis activities within Information Management and Information Communication Technology program/project(s) including the ability to collect, analyse and document business requirements, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Display knowledge in, and an ability to provide sound advice and recommendations on, the application of appropriate business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools, preferably aligned with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge Version 2.0 (BABOK).
  • Demonstrate an ability to work in a team in a diverse and complex environment developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders with the ability to prioritise projects based on organisational priorities.

About your opportunity:

In this position you will identify, document and analyse current-state and future-state business processes and validate requirements for transition to proposed ICT / business solutions and/or new business processes to ensure the delivery of valued, integrated and effective digital health and ICT solutions.

About your role:

  • Identify opportunities for improving business processes through information systems or process changes and assist in the preparation of business cases and proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
  • Collect, analyse and define business and software requirements for proposed ICT and associated solutions (documenting both functional and non-functional requirements in a Business Requirements Specification) ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist with the development of detailed business reports, business cases, briefing notes, project proposals, benefits plans, use cases, sample diagrams and configuration records within established timeframes.
