Your opportunity:

• The Director of Nursing has the authority to manage the human and financial resources of the Patient Flow/Nursing Workforce, Bundaberg Hospital in accordance with the delegations of the position and the approved policies and procedures.
• Manage the operational delivery of clinical services for Patient Flow/Nursing Workforce, Bundaberg Hospital.
• Apply well developed clinical knowledge and skills to contribute to the strategic direction of the Patient Flow/Nursing Workforce, Bundaberg Hospital and to provide authoritative counsel to stakeholders.
