• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling a wide range of enquiries and providing excellent customer service, and the ability to use their empathy and discretion related to sensitive situations.
• Well-developed negotiation, conflict resolution, relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
• Capability to work autonomously and within a team-environment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
