Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate Diversity and Inclusion programs, strategy and action plans for SCHHS.
• Develop and prepare written submissions, reports, formal project plans, briefing notes, correspondence and documentation to key stakeholders and senior executives for approval of diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs.
• Develop and manage communication and marketing strategies to promote diversity and inclusion programs, promoting and encouraging all employees to be aware of and committed to workplace diversity and inclusion principles.
