The role is perfect for an Occupational Therapist looking for leadership opportunities that offer flexibility, collaborative working and career progression.

What you will be doing:
  • Managing a team of 3-4 Occupational Therapists
  • Conducting joint sessions with staff members
  • Your time will be split up approximately 70% clinical and 30% management
  • Paediatric NDIS caseload
  • Complete your report writing from home
  • Office 1 day a week and community 4 days per week
  • Goal-orientated assessment and evidence-based therapy
What's on offer:
  • Above award salary packages - earn between $90,000 - $115,000 + super (depending on experience)
  • An extremely thorough and in-depth induction program
  • No KPIs for the first 3 months
  • Opportunity to help to develop the Paediatric service by helping with the opening of a new clinic space

  • Team of 18 Occupational Therapists
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary reviews/case conferences
  • Regular salary reviews and career progression opportunities due to the growth and success of the company
  • An approachable management team of experienced Occupational Therapists
  • Multidisciplinary working with Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and Psychologists
Requirements/Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
