Our client is seeking Emergency Medicine Trainees and/or Registrars to join their team. While they prefer Advanced Trainees, they are open to discussing positions with any currently registered Trainee seeking a lifestyle change while continuing their training.

Located in a bustling regional center serving 80,000 residents, our Emergency Department handles a diverse case mix, treating approximately 35,000 patients annually, with 20% being pediatric cases and an admission rate of 16-20%. With coverage from 0830-2300, 7 days a week, our department boasts 12 treatment bays, 3 fast track cubicles, 2 resuscitation bays, and an 8-bed short stay unit.

Supported by surgical, medical, pediatric, obstetric & gynecologic, psychiatric, anesthetic, and ICU services, we are a regional trauma center well-backed by Adult Retrieval Victoria. Currently, we have 4 full-time FACEMs and regular FACEM locums, ensuring robust clinical oversight. Additionally, we are accredited for 6 months Advanced Training with the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine, including a pediatric log-book.
