The Facility
Our client serves as the primary healthcare provider and specialized referral facility for Northeast Victoria, catering to a diverse population of around 90,000 individuals. With over 6,500 procedures conducted annually and approximately 700 births facilitated each year, our facility is at the forefront of delivering exceptional healthcare services to our community. Equipped with on-site radiology, pathology, and blood bank services, as well as a recently established state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit featuring eight modern beds, we are committed to providing cutting-edge medical care in a compassionate and supportive environment.

The Position
We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced General Physician to take on the role of Clinical Director for our Internal Medicine team on a full-time basis. In this pivotal position, the selected candidate will have the chance to spearhead the development of an innovative and flexible care delivery model spanning inpatient, home-based, and ambulatory services. Working closely with general practitioners, nursing and allied health professionals, as well as community-based services, you will have the unique opportunity to shape a comprehensive, patient-centered, and seamlessly integrated healthcare system.
