Job Description

Currently we are looking for an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to join our Heidelberg team - this role will see you heading up our Nursing team clinically as well as providing leadership to the clinic more broadly.

Your scope of duties will include;

  • Provide hands on clinical care to Genea patients
  • Provide clinical expertise and support to your Nursing team, including supporting with escalations and complex situations.
  • Build and maintain strong Doctor relationships
  • Patient experience - Ensuring every single patient receieves personalised, exceptional levels of care throughout their treatment - at every single touch point.
  • Build and foster strong, collaborative relationships across the clinic (Lab staff, administration and associated departments) as well as the broader Genea group.
  • Overseeing clinic effectiveness, identifying opportunties for improvement and measuring success across a range of metrics.
Qualifications

This role would suit a seasoned Nurse Unit Manager (with a current AHPRA registration) whohasexperience workingin fertility and candemonstrate previous leadership experience .As the Nursing head for this clinic, as we well as the Clinic Manager for this small but busy clinicyou will be someone who is ready for a challenge - to step up, take on new responsibilities and really commit to the success of this clinic and our team.
