The Division of Allied Health and Rehabilitation are looking for a Pharmacist MAPU – Senior to join their team. As a tertiary level hospital, the PAH Pharmacy Department delivers excellence in patient centred care, education, and research in most major adult specialties. Clinical Pharmacy Services are provided in a patient-centred model across inpatient and ambulatory settings in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. The department is equipped with advanced technology which enables robotic inventory control and dispensing.

About the Role

• Develop and maintain strategic links with community based organisations to ensure appropriate and effective clinical handover and discharge planning processes are maintained.
• Ensure patients and other staff are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds.
• Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
